Annie Mist Thorisdottir, an experienced professional CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She is also a coach as well as trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie is the first female to be crowned the winner of at the CrossFit Games twice. She won the CrossFit Games in 2010 and finished in second place. Annie Thorisdottir is a Icelanders CrossFit weightlifter athlete as well as a media star. She won CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 twice as the first women. In 2013, and in 2017 she took home her first Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was born and brought to Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents as well as her siblings. From a very young age, Annie was a fervent sports enthusiast and was a fan of doing exercises. She won many medals in school competitions. As of 2009, she competed in the CrossFit event in California. Annie Thorisdottir turns 31 by 2021. She is 5'7 tall and her weight approximately 67 kilograms. Annie started the CrossFit experience in 2009, in California. Annie did very well in the initial games and finished at the top of the list out of 70. She was not able to win any awards but ended up in 11th place in the final rankings. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. She placed 2nd in CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's guidance. In the following year she took part with Jami Tikkanen in CrossFit Games and won them due to her impressive performances. It was her first time as a woman ever to be the winner of CrossFit Games. Annie's exceptional performance in 2012 helped her to a second CrossFit Games victory. This was her second time that she was able to win consecutively. She also won a gold medal. And in 2021, she won with a bronze. Annie is currently a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was founded by Annie. Annie's rising popularity as an athlete has made her the model for a variety of sporting brands, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Periodization Nuunhydration Sidekick Yerbae. In addition to this she has a self-titled Youtube channel that has a couple of thousand subscribers where her training video clips, diet and travel vlogs are uploaded.
